Steps to return/exchange an item
- If you have an account, make sure you’re logged in and head over to Orders page in My Accounts and request an exchange or return for your product.
- If you do not have an account, please visit Guest Return/Exchange Form to request an exchange or return for there.
If you’re still facing issue returning or exchanging an item, please Contact Us, we’ll try to resolve your issue ASAP.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Belmore Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 3 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
